1010 individuals in BC are self-isolating as they have been identified as close-contact to an active COVID-19 case. Bonnie Henry stresses that this self-isolation order is mandatory, not optional.
Fraser Valley Packing is a new outbreak in Fraser Health. 15 cases associated with the plant.
Haida Gwaii has 14 active confirmed cases.
There is still 1 long-term care outbreak and 2 acute care outbreaks. There has been an increase of two staff members over the last three days.
There were two deaths in long-term care in Vancouver Coastal Health.
The surveillance report will come out on Thursday, July 30, 2020 for regional breakdowns.
