153 IHA (prev: 153; up 0; 0.0%; 8.9% of all)
109 VIHA (prev: 102; up 7; 6.9%; 6.3% of all)
40 NHA (prev: 39; up 1; 2.6%; 2.3% of all)
Total Active Cases: 596; 34.6% of total

109 Hospitalized (prev: 104; change 5; 4.8%; 6.3% of total)
51 ICU (prev: 49; change 2; 4.1%; 3.0% of total)
1041 recovered (prev: 1039; up 2; 0.2%; 60.4% of total)
87 deaths to date (prev: 86; up 1; 1.2%; 5.0% of total)

United Poultry Company in Vancouver Coastal Health region – A number of employees have tested positive. 28 employees who have tested positive for this virus. Not all those people are included in the numbers as the tests have not come back positive. The plant has been closed and close-contact have been notified. Investigation is conducted by VCH and Federal Inspection Agency. There’s no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread by food and its packaging, but make sure to make sure you cook your food to prevent salmonella and clean all service that it has come in contact with.
